Our Hojiblanca Spanish olive oil is from a single source, harvested in the orchards near Cordoba, Spain. GringoCool works closely with Almazara 1945 in the selection and bottling of our extra virgin olive oils. We endeavor to leave as small a carbon footprint as possible with our packaging and labeling.
